Ingredients (2 servings)
- Canned tuna (drained): 1 can
- Hard-boiled eggs (chopped): 2
- Small bell pepper (green or colored, diced): 1
- Pitted green or black olives (chopped): 1/۳ cup
- Mayonnaise: 2-۳ tablespoons
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper: 1 teaspoon (adjust salt to taste based on other ingredients)
Preparation Steps (30 minutes)
- 
Boil the canned tuna in water for 20 minutes to eliminate any possible toxins. 
- 
Drain and discard the water and oil from the can. 
- 
Lightly shred the tuna. 
- 
Mix the shredded tuna with chopped hard-boiled eggs, bell pepper, and olives. 
- 
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mayonnaise, then mix well. 
 (Be careful with the salt, since tuna and olives are already salty.)
-
