Nutritional Benefits of Sarm Fish (also known as Shir Bandar or Maqwa Soleimani):
Talang Queenfish is rich in potassium. The potassium in its meat helps increase vitality and activity, regulates high blood pressure, and reduces the risk of stroke. Another important nutrient in Talang Queenfish is protein, which strengthens the immune system. Due to its low fat and calorie content, this fish is considered a healthy dietary option. For those aiming for weight loss, Talang Queenfish is highly recommended, as its high calcium content supports weight reduction. Like many other fish, it is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which enhance memory, boost immune function, and may reduce the risk of depression and Alzheimer’s disease in older adults. For athletes, a high intake of omega-3 also contributes to muscle growth.
