Description
Red Snapper is one of the highest-quality fish of the Persian Gulf. Thanks to its firm, white, and low-bone meat, it is an ideal choice for healthy and delicious dishes. Its color is reddish-pink, with a thick, meaty neck. The Red Snapper has a large mouth, a hump, and can weigh up to three to four kilograms. Its dorsal and anal fins are located at the rear of its body, with the anal fins being wider than the dorsal fins. The pelvic fins are small, while the caudal fin is forked. Types of this fish include the Black-tailed Snapper, Bloody Snapper, and Small-scaled Snapper, among others.
